I didn't really have a clear concept for this painting. Initially I was playing with two round forms, one larger than the other, connected with strings and wires, perhaps splitting and disconnecting - or even the opposite: attaching. At some point the smaller form became surrounded by the big one and I saw a landscape - or an altered perception of a landscape in a space warp kind of situation: two realities coming together, overlapping and interfering with each other in the fashion of a "paradigm shift experience", offering a view behind the event horizon.
